Jason & Nicole
We're not doing so well in keeping up with this blog. It has been more than six months. We've been to Australia and back since we last posted. We went with Shawn, Kendra, Darian (11) and Brenna (7) Griffith. This was a special trip to introduce the Griffiths to Australia since we were considering moving there. Since returning to Memphis - we spent time in prayer and have officially decided to move to Australia and be involved in a mission to further spread the Gospel there. Since making this decision we have also been blessed with another family - Rex, Laura and Caryn (09 months) Butts who will be a part of this team effort. We'll keep you posted!

We Enter the World of Blog
We've talked about starting a blog for a while. Lots of our friends blog.... It is a neat way to keep in touch. So - here we are. Be patient with us as we learn how to blog. Today we purchased a new digital camera - our Fuji Finepix failed us about 3 months ago. After figuring out our taxes last week - we decided that it was time to get a new 'diji'. We hope to post pictures soon.
This weekend we enjoyed a night on the town. We spent Sunday afternoon in downtown Memphis - taking in the Peabody Place, riding the trolley on the Riverfront loop right around Sunset - beautiful, and had a great meal of Thai Food. We spent the night at the Wyndham Hotel (perks of being a travel agent...some freebies every now and then!). Our room had a view of the city directly in front of us, and 201 Poplar - the city jail - to the left. :-)
It was fun to 'get away' and chill out together.
